Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
OEM Sōko will accept returns 30 days from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) you received, please contact our staff to arrange the return and once the item(s) have been received by OEM Sōko a full refund will be issued.
Requirements:
- The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with undamaged packaging so that it can be returned to stock and offered for resale as a new item.
- If the received item(s) show signs of use and/or the packaging has been damaged (preventing the item to be resold as new) a partial refund will be offered depending on the circumstances.
*Please note that "Vintage Sōko" items are used or dead stock and as such are sold "as is" according to the product details shown and are not eligible for return and refunds under any circumstances.
Damage and Warranty Claims
*Please note that any delivery must be opened and checked at the time the delivery takes place with the delivery person present. If there is any damage to the package or package contents, a damage report must be made to the delivery person.
OEM Sōko inspects every item thoroughly before it is shipped. In the case of damaged or faulty item(s), please provide photos/video of the damage or fault so that the evidence may be used to process a claim with the transport company or supplier. If evidence cannot be provided then a claim cannot be submitted and compensation will not be provided in accordance with Japan Post EMS policy. We kindly ask customer to please cooperate and provide suitable evidence in for damage or warranty claims. Please contact OEM Sōko to provide the evidence and our staff will process the claim and arrange a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Regular orders
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order after purchase, please do so by contacting our staff via OEM Sōko's customer account, by sending an email to inquiries@oemsoko.co.jp or calling +81 08014767739 within 24 hours from the time of purchase. A brief comment about your decision to cancel the order will be very much appreciated. The order will then be promptly cancelled along with a full refund.
Made to Order Items
Due to the manufacturer not accepting cancellations after receiving orders, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to each item in the order and deducted from the payment refund if the cancellation request is received from the customer after the 24 hour time period stated above. To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please be sure to cancel the order within the 24 hour period from the time of purchase. A brief comment about your decision to cancel the order will be very much appreciated. The order will then be promptly cancelled along with a full refund.
