A 40mm hole cover produced specifically for genuine decommissioned Japanese vehicle number plates.

Featuring a Sakura (Cherry Blossom) print, the cover fits neatly into the 40mm hole required by the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport & Tourism. Double sided tape fastens the cover in place firmly.
